FREEZE!!!!!!
This is what I began to write in reference to Kanye West Short Film with Spike Jonez . It was released about a week ago (Sniffs the air) Can you smell the hatterism on my breath???? lol….Not only did I try to write something I also tried to make several video blogs about how wack I thought the video was on my Mack book pro………obviously God did not want me to say anything stupid because for some reason it only recorded 23 seconds each time. (so I gave up)
Anyways…so now Im back to this video I initially thought was “wack”…….until I read this article written by Steven Gottlieb of Video Static
Steve goes on to say “it is an exaggeration of his (kanye) “I’mma let you finish, but Beyonce has one of the best video all time” mode. We Were Once A Fairytale finds Kanye as a parody of himself — a boorish drunken lout, starved for attention and/or sex“ Steve slam dunked this statement by closing with “You have to tear the little wild beast out of your chest and make it slit its own throat.” Basically cutting off you ego….The point is I was wrong for shitting on the video before I took time to understand it. Still the cinematography could have been like better…. but Kanye has a way of keeping himself in the lime light weather its good or bad press, a lot of people speculate that he plans these random outburst…….as for me I really dont know or care. But what I do see is someone who is constantly re inventing himself to stay current & relative…Even if he says he does not want it.
